Soho Champagne by Mastercraft Starwood
This project will consist of two hotel inspired condominium towers located at 111 Champagne Avenue. The first tower will be 20 stories and the second tower will be 16 stories.

Claridge Icon is proposed at 42 stories. The location is 505 Preston Street.
Soho Italia by Mastercraft Starwood
This condominium tower is planned to be 30 stories high and will be located at 500 Preston.
101 Norman Street by Tamarack Homes
Former Ottawa Humane Society- Ashcroft Homes
Ashcroft Homes has purchased 101 Champagne- the former Ottawa Humane Society and hopes to build two mixed-use condominiums standing 22 and 25 stories.

518 Rochester Street – Domicile Developments
Ottawa City documents suggest that on November 14th, 2012 demolition of a single family home was given the green light. Domicile Developments is expected to build a condominium tower at this location.
Dow Honda Dealership lot- Richcraft Homes
Sources say that Richcraft Homes has purchased the former Dow Honda Dealership property for future development purposes. The location is right in the mix of things situated at 845 Carling Avenue.
