Buildings’ Historical Significance
Prior to the condominium conversion, 95 Beech Street served as a factory warehouse. At one point, the building was where Cream Jeans were manufactured- a once popular 1980’s style of pants.
Loft Conversion
95 Beech Street was developed from a factory into loft style condominiums by a retired local Ottawa real estate lawyer, Craig Callen Jones. The condominium conversion took place in year 2000. The project consisted of creating 30 open-concept lofts. Authentic loft features include: exposed brick, exposed ductwork, and high ceilings. The first-rate quality timber beams used in the conversion process is what truly sets this authentic loft apart from the others.
