200 Lett is the first phase of the LeBreton Flats condominium project. LeBreton Flats is the largest piece of vacant land in downtown Ottawa now under development. 200 Lett is one of the first condos in LeBreton Flats and set the way for building a neighbourhood to connect downtown Ottawa with Mechanicsville and Hintonburg.
