Ottawa is stepping onto the world-class stage of sustainability and innovation with the development of Zibi, an ultra-efficient community to be created on the former Domtar lands which connect downtown Ottawa to Gatineau, with two condominium developments in Phase 1 on the Ottawa and Gatineau sides respectively.
Rich in history, influences from French, English and First Nations culture will be unified within the core of the community. Zibi, the Algonquin term for “river”, will be surrounded by nature’s beauty with a picturesque waterfront and ample greenspace.
