Claridge Homes aspires to build the tallest mixed-use condominium tower Ottawa has ever seen, Claridge Icon. The condo
building is proposed at 45 stories with an elegant design produced by the prominent architectural firm, Hariri Pontarini
Architects.
The 45 story mixed-use building will include retail uses at grade, commercial uses on the second floor, residential and
commercial on third floor, and the remaining floors will be residential condominiums. Building amenities will be located
on the fourth floor.
Claridge Icon will be situated at the bottom of Preston Street in Ottawa’s trendy Little Italy neighbourhood. This area
has been slated for growth and Claridge Icon will certainly make a statement. Residents will have quick access to the
O-Train which will be connected to Ottawa’s Light Rail
Project. Claridge Icon will provide stunning viewings of the city, particularly Dow’s
Lake.
