The East Flats is a 5 building development proposed by Claridge Homes in the LeBreton Flats Neighbourhood in Ottawa. The buildings will have both residential and commercial components and will be mixed-used. Building heights will range from 25 to 45 storeys. This area has a rich cultural history and the goal of the development is to create a walkable space with various local amenities including a new city park.
